ARLINGTON, TEXAS – January 24, 2023 – The Pointman Real Estate Team, a premier real estate company in Arlington, has recently confirmed that the team did great in 2022 despite the ups and downs that the real estate market in the region has gone through.
First, the Pointman Real Estate Team’s team leader Louis Pacheco was featured in the DFW Real Producers January Magazine issue. This allowed him to talk more in-depth about his history and his “Why.” Also, the feature enables more individuals planning to venture into the real estate market in the region, either by buying or selling homes, to learn more valuable insights from a true expert in the field.
Second, the Pointman Real Estate Team successfully accomplished more than 80 transactions before 2022 ended. The team capitalized on every member’s expertise, experience and dedication to realize this achievement. Also, the team did their best to exceed the clients’ expectations and hold on to its commitment to deliver the quality of service that these customers deserve.
Third, Pointman also gave back about $75,000 to veterans and first responders in the community through the incentive program that the team launched in 2022. Due to the program’s success, the team hopes and will do its best to give out more this 2023.
Finally, Pointman Real Estate Team added two amazing agents to its team in 2022, Husband and Wife duo Shanee and Terry Charles. Shanee was hired after she finished her education career, where she was a principal for Mansfield ISD. On the other hand, Terry is currently a Dallas Police Officer and full-time real estate agent. The team is looking forward to what they will accomplish in 2023.
