He is s visionary and a leader.”
While talking with Abraham Gardner, I asked him, “How can you still grow your business during the COVID-19 crisis?”  Here is his response:
1. Find leads and new customers ahead of time – As many businesses are going to be focusing on the here and now, struggling to maintain normal running operation, this could be your chance to build a new network of prospective customers. Putting time and effort into generating new leads now will ensure that you have a pool of potential customers to rely on once things have calmed down.

2. Adapt your services to the current situation – Get creative and brainstorm different ways you can still deliver your service and/or products. One obvious example is that of restaurants, coffee shops and Bakeries operating home-delivery or offering free delivery, discounts, weekly or monthly subscription-style deals and other incentives to help to stay ahead of the competition.

3. Advertise your solutions with COVID-19 in mind – Ask yourself whether your product or service could be of additional use or relevance in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, and adapt your marketing to reflect this, especially if you’re introducing an altered service for the duration of the outbreak.

4. Don’t despair about the current craziness in the world – Deliver relevant, timely content that solves customers immediate and long-term challenges. Make it easy for customers to connect with you, set up virtual meetings and prioritize online chatting with customers. Engage in your customers channel of preferences. If they are reaching out through social media respond to them through social media and  if their channel preference is email, respect and use that channel.
