Coach Kyle Rasmussen, founder of 300 Strong, is proud to announce the launch of his latest program, The F.A.T. Method 2.0. It is an updated and revamped version of his earlier award winning fat loss program.

Coach Kyle has come a long way from being called ‘Fat Chops’ in his childhood to winning multiple awards today. Having dealt with the devastating effects of bullying in his school days because of his weight, Coach Kyle is acutely aware of the negative feelings and emotions that one experiences as a result. With other life events, Coach Kyle soon realized that achieving and maintaining an ideal weight is a constant challenge. This led him to develop programs that have helped hundreds of men and women achieve their fitness targets. He specializes in helping clients who want to lose 30+lbs. over the age of 40.
Speaking of his inspiration, he says, “You gain a next level perspective on losing and gaining weight when you purposely gain 100 lbs, maintain it for a number of years, and then purposely lose 100 lbs and maintain that weight for over 15 years.”
Coach Kyle’s illustrious expertise has garnered him the 2015 Personal Trainer of the Year in Tampa Fl., and the 2018 Best Weight Loss Program in Sudbury ON. He was the starter on the defensive line for Michigan State University for 3.5 years. Coach Kyle has also been a professional football player, is a former WWE wrestler, 4-time Academic All-Big Ten at Michigan State University, Academic All-American at Michigan State University, 2-time Potsy Ross Award winner at Michigan State University, and is a National Honor Society member.
